Divine Restraining Order Against Territorial Spirits and All Spirits Associated with Them to Forever End the Sacrifice of Our Children
Mathew 18:18-20
18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Heavenly Father Yahuah. We stand in Your royal courtroom because of the shed blood and finished work of Yahusha on the cross. As an apostolic and prophetic council, we have to receive Your righteous judgment over this region and the state of Minnesota dealing with the sacrifice of the innocent children in the womb and even those outside the womb, especially those done within the organization known as Planned Parenthood and we also include hospital and other clinics that are doing this too. Heavenly Father Yahuah, we ask that the Courts of Heaven be seated according to Daniel 7:10. We ask this in Yahusha’s mighty name. Heavenly Father Yahuah, we call upon Your holy angels to be witnesses to this legal and righteous transaction. We also decree and declare that all the demonic entities, institutions, hybrids and human beings who will be impacted directly by the divine restraining order that we are requesting will be duly notified by Your holy angels who service the Courts of Heaven, in Yahusha’s name we pray. Heavenly Father Yahuah, we decree and declare that every demonic entity, earthly institution, hybrids and human beings will respect, honor, and abide by Your righteous judgment, in Yahusha’s mighty name.
Heavenly Father Yahuah, we repent for any and everything that would be stopping Your purpose for this region and for this state of Minnesota from becoming reality. Heavenly Father Yahuah, even as we stand in Your Supreme Court, we present ourselves as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable before you according to Romans 12:1. Adonai, we repent before You for any place of sin concerning wrong motives, wrong intentions, or any place where we have guarded our hearts as apostolic and prophetic leaders in this region and state. Adonai Yahusha, wash us with Your blood so Satan, formerly known as Hallel, has no legal footing to resist any divine restraining order we need from Your Supreme Court.
Heavenly Father Yahuah, Your Word says that Yahusha is our faithful Advocate before the Righteous Judge in the Courts of Heaven. Adonai Yahusha HaMashiach, we summon You as our Advocate to help plead our case before the Righteous Judge for a divine restraining order against any and all forms of territorial spirits that are holding the destiny of this region and state captive to the power of darkness due to the sacrifice of our children. Adonai, it is not Your will for this region and state to be covered in spiritual darkness and under a curse because of the sacrifice of our children both in and out of the womb, in Yahusha’s name we pray. Heavenly Father Yahuah, we present before Your Supreme Court the following scriptures as evidence as to why You should grant us a divine restraining order against the territorial spirits that are operating over this region and this state, for a period of time that the Holy Spirit will reveal us.

8 But because Yahuah loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath Yahuah brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
Deu 7:9 Know therefore that Yahuah thy Elohim, he is Elohim, the faithful Elohim, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
Deu 7:10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.
Deu 7:11 Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them.
Deu 7:12 Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that Yahuah thy Elohim shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers:
Deu 7:13 And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
Deu 7:14 Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle.
Deu 7:15 And Yahuah will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
Jeremiah 19:4-5
4 Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;
5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:
Ezekiel 16:20
20 Moreover thou hast taken thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hast borne unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed unto them to be devoured. Is this of thy whoredoms a small matter,
21 That thou hast slain my children, and delivered them to cause them to pass through the fire for them?
This is the only Sacrifice that is acceptable to Yahuah:
Romans 12:1
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Yahuah, which is your reasonable service.
Yahusha is the ultimate Sacrifice, none else needed or required.
Heb 9:24-26
24 For Messiah is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of Yahuah for us:
25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;
26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
Hebrews 7:22-28
22 By so much was Yahusha made a surety of a better testament.
23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:
24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.
25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto Yahuah by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
Hebrews 10:1-18
1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.
4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O Yahuah.
8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O Yahuah. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Yahusha HaMashiach once for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of Yahuah;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15 Whereof the Ruach HaChodesh also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith Adonai, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
Yahusha is the final and ultimate sacrifice and no other sacrifice is required including the sacrifice of the innocent children in and out of the womb.
Heavenly Father Yahuah, we present before you a picture of the billboard sign which states that Planned Parenthood is here for good. However, we say not on our watch. Planned Parenthood must go. The sacrifice of our innocent children in and out of the womb must come to an end. We decree and declare in the mighty name of Yahusha that from this very moment no more sacrificing of our children will be allowed here or anywhere. This clinic and all other places that abort and sacrifice children in and out of the womb will have its doors permanently closed. No new clinic or other places that could be set up to abort and sacrifice children in and out of the womb shall ever be opened again. We permanently close this and all abortion mills in this region and state.
From this time forward we decree and declare that nothing will function properly in this or any facility that performs abortions such as the heat, air conditioning, electricity, internet, computers and other communication devices, phones, plumbing. Let everything breakdown, fall apart, not function properly. Let the doors fall off their hinges, furniture, chairs, desk, and appliances break. All coffee makes, vending machines, microwaves no longer function. Let all equipment used in the performance of abortions break and fall apart. Let the plumbing break and flooding of the facilities begin. Let the toilets and urinals get plugged up, let them break, and let them not function at all. Let the people who work here be in utter confusion while working here and any other place that aborts and sacrifice children in and out of the womb.
We bind every foul and unclean spirit here in this clinic and all other places that aborts and sacrifice children in and out of the womb and send them to the pit where they will wait for their judgment by Yahusha at the great judgment day. We release the ministering spirits into these places to clean it up and to minister to the people who work here and those whom may come upon its doors to get an abortion. Let these folks receive the goodness of Elohim which will bring them to repentance.
Today here in the united States of America is known as Labor Day. From this time forward women in this region and in this state and eventually this whole country and the world will no longer sacrifice their children through abortions but they will begin to labor by bringing forth children through live birth. We decree and declare that our children in these mothers’ wombs and those already born shall live and not die and they shall fulfill the destiny that Yahuah has been placed upon their lives. Also all children from this point forward shall be prophets unto Yahuah forevermore.
Heavenly Father Yahuah, based upon the aforementioned scriptures which I read earlier, it is clear that if the Court does not impose a divine restraining order against the territorial spirits that are holding the region and the state captive, the devil will inflict irreparable damage to the purpose of Yahuah Elohim for this region and for the state of Minnesota. Heavenly Father Yahuah, we repent for our sin and the transgressions of the Body of Messiah in this region and state that may have opened doors for these territorial spirits to rule this region and state. Adonai, every sin of the cities fathers, businesses, church leaders, and political leaders that the enemy is using as a legal right to deny this region and state of Minnesota its God-given destiny, we ask that the blood of Yahusha would just wash them away. We ask that every legal right the devil has over this region and state be revoked, in Yahusha’s glorious name.
Heavenly Father Yahuah, we also repent for all covenants with demons that have existed throughout the history of this region and state. Adonai, we ask that any agreement between demons and this region and state would be rescinded. Thank You, Adonai, for revoking these demonic covenants and alters in Yahusha’s mighty name! Heavenly Father Yahuah, representing the Body of Messiah and the people of this region and state, we divorce ourselves from any and all territorial spirits that are ruling this region and state. On behalf of this region and state we give back everything in this region and state that the devil, his human messengers, hybrids, and demonic alters would say came from them. We only want what the blood of Yahusha has already secured for this region and state.
Heavenly Father Yahuah, we now ask that a divine restraining order against these territorial spirits be issued over this region and state by Your Supreme Court. In Yahusha’s name we pray. Heavenly Father Yahuah, we decree and declare that any and all forms of demonic activity that Satan is orchestrating against this region and state are now cancelled in Yahusha’s glorious name. We also shut down all retaliation, backlash, revenge, ill intent, spiritually and naturally against us and all people and things that pertains to us, including our family members, friends, the body of Messiah, our neighbors, our co-workers, our jobs, our possessions, our land and property, our finances, our businesses, our health, our relationships, and our destiny that we are yet to walk out. Your word says in Isaiah 54:17 that No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahuah, and their righteousness is of me, saith Yahuah. Heavenly Father Yahuah, we receive this divine restraining order and shutting down all abortion clinics and hospitals permanently by faith, in Yahusha’s name. Amen!
We now take communion and blow the shofar to announce to the spirit realm that this is done and it cannot be reversed.
